Background

Drovo is a business that connects brands to drivers willing to put advertisements on their cars in exchange for contractor income.

The business consists of a mobile driver platform, an enterprise brand platform, and physical facilities that wrap cars with advertisements.

This project involves the Home and Campaigns experience on the driver mobile app.

The in-person research showed an overwhelmingly positive response, as did the data.

Quantitative

  • ~71 applicants per campaign, up from 12

  • 49% ↑ in driver / campaign matches

  • 47% ↑ in campaign extensions

Further opportunities

Currently, I'm working on the Campaign details page and "Wallet" in the "Me" tab. I'm also improving the lock screen notification for better awareness and timely alerts.

I plan to explore the tracker screen further, focusing on reducing its content to prioritize driver safety. I want to conduct further research to understand if drivers keep the screen running while driving or if they switch between apps and check intermittently.

Additionally, I'll investigate if success milestone animations pose any distractions during real driving experiences.
